Cancellation Policy

Buyer cancellation

Buyers can cancel before pickup confirmation. In such cases, the payment will be cancelled or refunded (minus applicable gateway fees, if any).

Seller cancellation

If a seller cannot complete the handover, the buyer can request cancellation. We will review and process the refund if approved.

After pickup confirmation

Once pickup is confirmed, cancellations are handled through the dispute window (24-48 hours). If a dispute is approved, a refund will be issued.

Repeated misuse

Repeated cancellations or abusive behavior may lead to account restrictions.
