Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

Refunds apply to paid listings only. Free and exchange listings do not involve payments.

When refunds are issued

• If the buyer cancels before pickup confirmation, we will refund the payment (minus applicable gateway fees, if any).
• If a dispute is raised within the 24-48 hour dispute window and approved, we will refund the buyer.
• If the seller cannot complete the handover, the buyer can request a refund.

Payout timing

Payouts are held until pickup is confirmed and the dispute window has passed. Once payout is released, refunds may not be possible unless legally required.

Processing time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
