We built The Wish Tree so useful items stay in circulation and reach the people who need them most. After board and school exams, for example, textbooks are often discarded even though other students can use them. Listing those books helps families save money and reduces waste.
Books, electronics, furniture, sports gear, appliances, and more — as long as items are legal and safe to share.
Paid listings use in-app payments. We charge a 12% platform commission to keep the service running and safe for the community.
Payouts are released after pickup confirmation. We hold funds for 24–48 hours to allow a dispute window if something goes wrong.
Free and exchange listings do not involve any in-app payment.
Disputes can be raised within 24–48 hours after pickup confirmation. We will investigate and may reverse payments if necessary.
Illegal, unsafe, or restricted items are not allowed. Listings that violate policies may be removed and users may be suspended.
We collect only the data needed to operate the service, verify users, and manage payments. User data is not sold to third parties.
