Overview

The Wish Tree connects local users to give, sell, or exchange items. By using the app, you agree to follow these Terms and our policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) and provide accurate information. We may verify accounts or listings for safety.

Listings and conduct

• List items as Free, Price, or Exchange.
• Do not post illegal, unsafe, restricted, or counterfeit items.
• Respect local laws and community safety guidelines.
• We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate policies.

Payments and payouts

Paid listings use in-app payments. We charge a 12% platform commission. Payments are held until pickup confirmation and a dispute window of 24-48 hours is completed.

Disputes

Disputes can be raised within 24-48 hours after pickup confirmation. We will investigate and may reverse payments if necessary.

Limitation of liability

The Wish Tree facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Use safe meeting practices.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
